Global School Play Day is a global awareness of the importance of play for children. It calls for ‘No screens, No structure, All day long’, in the classroom and at home. This awareness is being brought to public, private and homeschool environments to allow kids to appreciate the benefits of learning through unstructured play. GSPD advocates for adults to, “resist the temptation to organize, discipline, and teach” and instead encourage children to play freely.
